Our wellness retreats offer a rejuvenating escape for women recovering from cancer. These retreats are hosted in Cape Town, South Africa hosted by Roots and Raw in collaboration with the Cancer Association of South Africa where we provide a supportive environment where participants can focus on self-care, healing, and personal growth. Through a 3 month guided activities and wellness sessions, we help women regain strength and confidence on their journey to recovery.
